To provide this we use the newest methods of verification, coding, and passing data through secure channels. The payment card data input is performed on the secure payment page by ALFA-BANK JSC.<\/p>\n<p>On the page of payment card data input you need to provide the following information about your card: card number, cardholder name, card validity, three-unit secure code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary information is printed on your card. The secure code is the three numbers printed on the backside.<\/p>\n<p>Then you will be redirected to the page of your bank to input the 3DSecure code that you\u2019ll get by SMS message. In case you don\u2019t get the message with the code you should contact your issuing bank.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1731 lazy\" data-src=\"https:\/\/spb.dominarussia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/428\/2022\/12\/payment2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"34\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Possible reasons of refusal the payment operation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>the payment card doesn\u2019t provide the operations through the Internet \u2013 this information you may check with your bank;<\/li>\n<li>not enough funds on the card to make the payment. You may check the availability of funds with your issuing bank;<\/li>\n<li>payment card data were input incorrect;<\/li>\n<li>payment card expired. The card validity is usually indicated on the front side of the card (a month and a year to which the card is valid). Your payment card data are transmitted in code only and not kept on our Web-server.<\/p>\n<p>Reservation terms are pointed out in the rate details and booking confirmation.<\/p>\n<p><u>Prolongation terms<\/u><br \/>\nTo prolong the stay you need to make a new reservation on the additional dates due to the room availability and the current rates.<\/p>\n<p><u>Cancelation terms<\/u><br \/>\nIn case of guaranteed reservation cancelation within 24 hours until the arrival, the Hotel charges a fee for the first night of stay.<\/p>\n<p><u>Refund terms<\/u><br \/>\nTo make a refund to the payment card (if it complies with the reservation terms) it is necessary to make a free form application and send it on the e-mail <a href=\"mailto:welcome@dominarussia.com\">welcome@dominarussia.com<\/a> upon the request of the Hotel. The application should be provided with a passport copy of the cardholder.<\/p>\n<p>The refund will be made within 21 workdays from the Hotel receiving the refund application.<\/p>\n<p>Check-in starts at 14.00 and check-out ends at 12.00.<br \/>\nThe period of stay at the Hotel is unlimited for citizens of the Russian Federation.
