Romantic set dinner at NOVE bar
On Valentine’s Day, the NOVE bar has prepared a special evening for you, where the harmony of taste meets the melody of the heart.
On February 14, we will present an exclusive six-course set menu with sparkling wine, created for true romantics. Each dish is a story told by chef Vladimir Grishukov in the language of modern gastronomic trends.
From 20:00, the atmospheric evening will be decorated with live music performed by Artem Krikunov, a famous guitarist and composer of the St. Petersburg jazz scene. Jazz classics, original arrangements and Italian compositions will be performed for lovers.
Romantic set menu:
- Charcoal tart with king shrimp rice, capers, kalamata olives and cream cheese
- Tomato carpaccio with basil leaves and delicate strachella cheese
- Dorado ceviche with yogurt sauce, green butter and compressed cucumber
- Refreshing sorbet with mandarin and a hint of cardamom
- Lamb with ratatouille, spelt risotto, spinach and exquisite sauce with blue cheese
- Dessert “Tender heart”: vanilla mousse, pistachio sponge cake, raspberry confit
- A glass of sparkling wine
- Tea or coffee (optional)
We have created a warm atmosphere for couples in the noir bar so that this evening will remain in the memory as one of the most vivid and delicious confessions.
