Welcome to the NOVE cocktail bar in the heart of St. Petersburg!
The design of the noir bar is inspired by the Amber Room and the spirit of Dostoevsky’s St. Petersburg. The interior is dominated by accent orange hues reminiscent of bright amber and bubbles of Italian aperol, and the focus is on original art objects: a stone statue of Fyodor Mikhailovich sleeping at the bar, a sculpture of Marfa Petrovna greeting guests at the entrance, and designer chandeliers embodying the tears of Sonya Marmeladova, the heroine of the novel Crime and Punishment.
The bar is notable for its signature cocktails, rich wine list, homemade lemonades, generous antipasti and perfect Italian espresso.
It offers a separate Dostoevsky Chamber Hall with a classic St. Petersburg view of the Moika River embankment for especially important meetings and bright events.
