The Mediterranean restaurant with the specialty of the house by Vladimir Grishukov welcomes you on the ground floor of the Domina St. Petersburg hotel.
The name of the restaurant (translated from Italian “waves”) is reflected not only in the cuisine but also in the surrounding—in the building surrounded by the waters of the Moika and Neva rivers, on Bolshaya Morskaya Street. The marine theme is also expressed in the interior details of the renovated restaurant — patterns, decor, color palette — and, of course, in the food presentation.
Business lunches are served at ONDE every weekday from 12:00 to 16:00: on Wednesdays and Fridays they are served with tinctures, every tenth business lunch is given as a gift, and when subscribing to the official telegram channel of the hotel they are treated to the dessert of the day and a glass of sparkling wine for lunch!
In summer, there is a chamber terrace, where the atmosphere of the Mediterranean and Italian hospitality reigns! Here you can comfortably take a break after a walk and have lunch, enjoy refreshing author‘s cocktails, lemonades and a variety of snacks. Try arugula salad with tomatoes, baked eggplant and mozzarella, vegetable gazpacho with beetroot ice cream, crostini with avocado, a set of Italian sausages, cheeses, artichokes, olives and grissini, Roman pizza, gelato and sorbets — we will provide a gastronomic variety in the Italian style.
