The hotel chef Sergey Maslov has given the extensive update for bar menu.

Among the fresh tastes there are: appetizing toast with avocado and poached egg, bruschetta with gravlax salmon, fried eggplant, cayenne burger with marbled beef patty & grilled vegetables, tantuni lamb kebab, risotto with smoked salmon, caramel cake with nuts and many others…

Of course, we left our brand dishes as big Domina cheeseburger, spaghetti alla carbonara, beef Stroganoff with mashed potatoes without changes.
