The Lent as an occasion to discover new horizons of taste
Orthodox traditions and month of healthy gastronomy – Lent gives the new horizons of taste! Our Chef presents particularly interesting menu from a restricted range of ingredients.
Until 7 April welcome to evaluate original lenten menu with a selection of what are mainly not the most usual Lenten dishes: salad with ratte potato, artichokes and falafel, mushroom or tomato soup, classic ratatouille, bulgur with vegetables and pine nut, carrot pie and fruit salad with raspberry sauce for dessert and much more. Gourmets will estimate as well!
