At Arcobaleno restaurant you may taste the tender blini from classic Russian ones with sour cream or homemade jam to the author’s ones: spinach, pumpkin, chocolate – what would be your favourite?
The pancakes are accompanied with the right drinks: Russian Fireweed tea, homemade berry juice, apple cider.
