Three centuries of the St. Petersburg cuisine

This is the name of the city gastronomic festival dedicated to the authentic Petersburg dishes revival. As a participant our chef Sergey Maslov presents two restored receipts performed at Arcobaleno restaurant.

The festival goes from 17 to 29 February, when the city restaurants-participants are presenting dishes created according to the old cookery books of the Petersburg culinarians. Supporting the initiative and participating the project our chef Sergey Maslov has restored two receipts which you are invited to taste at Arcobaleno restaurant: historically beloved by locals wild mushrooms consommé with homemade onion pelmeni and remake of the authentic Petersburg dessert – crackle with strawberry jam and white chocolate cream.
