The carnival menu includes:
-Bllinis with lamb and potato cream
-Spinach blinis with salmon with low salt
-Blinis with cottage cheese and candied fruits
-Pancakes with vanilla cream and strawberries
-Traditional Russian blinis with red caviar
-Traditional Russian blinis with black sturgeon caviar
In the NOVE bar, you can order author’s tea — if the evening promises to be long and warm.
