Start with a warm salad with chanterelles and gorgonzola: tender chanterelles, fried until golden brown, meet with a spicy note of blue cheese.

Immerse yourself in the depths of autumn flavors with potato soup with chanterelles. The incredibly velvety creamy base, permeated with the fragrant aroma of potatoes, is revealed by a generous scattering of golden chanterelles caught at the peak of the season.

And, of course, the star of the season is Roman pizza with chanterelles, parsley and baked potatoes. Imagine the thinnest, perfectly crispy base soaked in creamy truffle sauce. It has juicy fried chanterelles, fragrant slices of baked potatoes and a fresh, bright accent of parsley.
